I need replacement shoes for my windows. The windows were likely installed around 1983. The windows are labelled SNE Corp, and it is my understanding that they made Vetter and Crestline windows. The windows are stamped with the number 22239412.
There are no markings on the shoe itself. The shoe is 1.25" long, ~7/16 " wide and has a height of ~7/8 ". (See photo). I could not find a replacement on your site. Please help.

Thank you for contacting us, Rick. Take a look at our 20-006. Could this work for you? Let me know what you think.

Yes, that is indeed the part. BLESS YOU TOM!
Perhaps you could help with a follow up question. The same windows that utilize part 20-006 also have storm windows. The frame for the storm windows clips inside the frame of the double hung windows. A picture is attached.
The storm window frame is wood clad with aluminum on one side. The wood is rotting, and my local mill really does not wish to be bothered making new frames with the aluminum cladding. Do I have any other options ? I cannot find anyone who handles this type of frame.
I'm afraid there's not much we can do about this frame. Honestly, my first recommendation would have been a mill work, but you already said they won't help. The only other suggestion would be a local carpenter who would be willing to make it for you. I am sorry we cannot provide a better suggestion.
