Shoes and matching feet

Question

I'm using tilt sash spiral balances series 600 and I need these shoes to go with it. The feet were completely corroded so if you know what feet match this style shoe and what this style shoe is called specifically that would be great. The dimensions of the shoe are 1 1/4" wide x 1/2" deep and 2 1/8" in tall to the highest point. Thank you
