It appears that your window uses tilt window spiral balances. You could either have the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter tube or the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube. You will need to measure the length and the diameter of the original tube to confirm the best fit. 

From there the balance should have a colored tip that you will need to match up with our strength options. If there is no color, or it does not match, you will need to weigh the sash and compare to the strength chart on the product page to choose the correct option.
