This looks like a very old shower door roller assembly. I'm not sure if we can help. To confirm, can you show me a picture of the roller off the door? I can't really see how it installs.

I'm still not certain how it installs. Does it screw on? If so, could you use something like our 10-152? This may be the best match in our inventory.
