Long side is 5/8". Side fitting into channel is 3/16" - see pic.

Our 10-302 sweep is very close to yours. Could you use this as a replacement? Please compare it to yours to be sure.

I'm afraid we have nothing that matches your dimensions exactly. You may want to consider a surface mount sweep and drip rail like our 10-324, 10-325, and 10-326. These screw right on the face of the door. Be very careful, though, as you do not want to drill into the glass during installation.
