Question

It measures as 1 1/8 W by 3 1/2 L, to fit a glass sliding shower door that is 3/8" thickness.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this guide, but see the 10-218 or maybe the 10-119. Compare with your old hardware and see if you think either could work for you.
