Shower do leaks and has not guard on it

A quick learner says:

So I am trying to fix the shower and it is in a mobile home an old year. So I do know it is not l level on the bottom and I am trying to watch videos on how to fix this, but there is also no guard so water leaks on the bottom and just runs right out in the floor. Any help would be appreciated
