I am afraid I don't recognize this part at first glance. Can you show me where this installs? What is its exact function? From there I'll do my best to help from there.

The piece I'm missing is a plastic piece that connects to the roller that locks in place once attached to the shower rail.

I am afraid that after some research of our inventory, we were unable to find this part anywhere. You will need to see if you can find who the manufacturer was and contact them, or contact whoever installed the door. They may be the only way to help you. I apologize we can't be of more help, and good lcuk with the repairs.
