I'm not sure if we have an exact match for this. Our 10-309 is similar, but I don't know how our dimensions compare to yours. Can you confirm?

If that's not a match, you may need a whole new sweep with drip rail like our 10-325, assuming you are able to drill into the door without damaging the glass.
