Shower door drip plate and rubber sweep

A quick learner from Wernersville PA says:
The metal drip plate attaches with 4 screws and measures 27 and 5/8 inches end to end, but 26 5/8 to the notch that was cut out by the installers. The metal part is fine. However, the rubber sweep is rotted. that is really the only piece I need. It is 25 inches long and the channel or groove it snaps into is 1/8 inch wide and the rubber sweep when snapped into the channel lays flush with the drip plate and when attached to the shower door with the screws is a tight fit as you will see in one of the photos. I hope you can help me identify what I need to repair the shower drip for my framed shower door. Cannot see any identifying number or name for the door manufacturer. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we can't replace just the vinyl.

Your best bet is to take out 10-325 and cut it down to size. You'll need to drill new holes in the rail in order to match the holes in their door, as well, but it will work for you. Does that sound manageable?
