Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a drip rail in the size you need, unfortunately. The best we can offer is to buy two smaller rails, butt them together, and then cut the metal with a hacksaw and the vinyl sweep with shears.

I think if I buy the 30" and cut it to fit the 26" I need, can I keep the rubber a bit longer so it covers a tiny gap or would that inhibit the door from opening? It's a swing out shower door

I suppose you could keep the rubber longer, if you can manage to cut the rail while keeping it intact. As for whether it would inhibit the door from opening, it very well might. It would depend on how much material is left over. It might turn into a trial and error situation, where you leave a little extra on and install it to see how it works, then cutting more off as needed.
