Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the shower guide shown in your photos. The 10-218 is a similar style but note that the mounint holes wrap around the bottom as shown below. Take a look and see what you think.
The pattern on guide looks similiar but the mount won't work unless I bend it 90 degrees (flat).

The only other similar shower guide that we offer would be the 10-122. The hole placement is more similar to yours but I'm not confident that it would work since the style is so different. I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer a closer match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
