Shower door hanger/roller

I am having a hard time identifying this sliding shower door hanger. I found the wheels, they are marked 688rs, but that number does not have a hanger.

We don't carry this exact roller assembly, but look over the dimensions for our 10-121, 10-152 and 10-153 to see if any can be used as a substitute.
