Shower door slide out hinge

I'm looking to replace the hinge on my shower door. Having a hard time finding it. There are two screws that holds the hinge in place. One on the top and one on the bottom. Once I take the screws out the hinge slides out in one long piece. Help please. Thank you

This reminds me of the old Keller hinge. I don't think we'll be able to help replace it, but I suggest that you remove the door and take it to a local glass shop that sells shower doors. They might be able to install a new hinge for you. Sorry we couldn't be of more help!
