Shower drip rail system

A home owner from Richmond, VA says:
This is the original shower drip rail system (YR 2004), on my shower stall. The only thing I have had to do is replace the rubber sweep. I'm not sure how the original rubber sweep was attached but it fell apart many years ago. The rubber sweep you see in the photo was purchased at Home Depot but it does not work very well and often falls out of the rail itself.

I would like to replace the entire rail dip system.
