Shower hanger

Question

It's part of a three or four other parts that hold a glass shower door. There is a wheel that a screw goes into and a plastic washer of sorts between them. I need two sets to holdup one door.

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find a good replacement for this hanger. I've never seen anything like it. Would it be possible to see one installed? That may give us a clue.
