Hello,

Take a look at the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 spiral balances for tilt windows. The determining factor would be the diameter of the housing tube.

We should be able to supply a replacement for your pivot shoe as well but we would need to see it fully removed from the window. Please also write out the exact width and thickness to help us narrow down your options. Thank you!
