Good Morning -- Attached are two photos of a ten year old window -- in this case this is the left one of the two windows that close in the middle and are hinged on the outside. The right window hardware has disintegrated in the marine air -- the crank spins and nothing happens. I would like to order all new hardware for the window -- from the crank to the gears to the attachment arms -- all new. The windows themselves are fine, the hinges are fine -- but the hardware is shot.
I am not sure if there is a left to right window different -- but I would like to order two -- either sets or two individuals if they are identical left or right of the two windows

Good afternoon! Thanks for posting. Have you seen our 39-032 & 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators? These appear to be very similar to your own hardware. Please compare them and see if you agree. You may find it easier to measure your operator once it's been removed from the window.
