Please see our Series 385 channel balance. I think this might be the balance you want. You may want to weigh your sash, as well, to confirm the proper strength option.

Paul thanks for your help, how can I determine the weight of the sash?

You can determine this by removing it from the window and placing it on a scale. That is the best and most reliable method. Any common bathroom scale should do.
