Side Load Balances

Swisco,
Jeldwen customer service recommended that I contact you. I need to order some Side Load Balances for my Jeldwen windows. Please see attached images.

2 windows that need the attached 32-4 side balances (4 balances total)
5 windows need the 32-3 side balances (10 balances total)

Please let me know if you need anything further from me and what the cost and timing would be (and return policy if I accidentally get the wrong balance).

All of the metal balances are 32 1/2 long lengthwise
The Manufacturer is Jeldwen.
All are Non-tilt
The width for all are 5/8

2 windows that need the attached 32-4 side balances (4 side balances total)
5 windows need the 32-3 side balances (10 side balances total)

Please let me know the cost and how soon i can order these, and estimated timing for delivery to Washington state.

Hello,

We can supply your balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Please note that these balances should have 32-5/8" long metal channels not including the end fittings. We'll also need to see the pulley clip attached to an undamaged balance to confirm the correct replacements. Thank you!

How much will each custom made balance cost? I have already provided photos and measurements of the broken balances - is the length of the metal channel? All of the metal balances are 32 1/2 long lengthwise
If known, please tell us who manufactured your window and when it was made. Jeldwen
Include any other details that may help us identify your balance.
Finally, please provide a count for how many balances you need.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide these types of balances with 32-1/2" long metal channels. All of our replacements would measure 32-5/8". If your balances are smaller, ours would not make suitable replacements.

Also, the clip at the end of the pulley cord used for installation is not visible in your photos, which is why we requested additional photos of an intact balance with the clip still attached.
