Side-Load Single Hung Balance Spring Replacement

i am looking to replace my single, hung, non tilt window. the length of the channel, without top and bottom fittings is 24". the only markings on the channel [printed and not 'stamped'] are "23 4 GS Caldwell'. could you please direct me as to the correct parts to order/

Hi there, Paul (great name by the way). I believe our S395-24 channel balance is a match to your balance. Take a close look. Do you agree? If so, then you would go with the 2340 option that holds a sash weight of 18-23 pounds.
