I am Berge. I need 2 side balance springs for Jeld Wen window stamped 3340. also, 2 sash cam or sash guides, as pictured. Please identify and let me know if you need more info, otherwise advise me which parts to order.

Thanks for posting. See the S380-34 or S385-34 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the shoe depth. See below. Measure your old balance to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3340.
