Side-carcass-mount drawer guide

Question

These look like rear drawer guides with the C-style guide but they mount via staples to the side of the carcass and the drawer slides along them. They're in cabinets from the 70s. I can't find these anywhere and I really find that hard to believe.

Dimensions: 3/4" (w) x 1-5/8" (h) x 3/4" (d). All measurements done to outside edges.
