Side load channel balance

I have a non-tilt window that I would like to replace the balances on. The balance is 15" long and 5/8" wide. The number on it says 14 5 LO CALDWELL. Which part number do I need? Thanks!

To clarify, the back side (solid side) of the channel is 1/2" wide. The front side (open side) is 5/8". So it is tapered.

I recommend our S390-15 with a 1450 option, I think this can work for you.
