Side load pivoting hinge

Hello, I am looking for a replacement for the pivoting hinge off of one of my windows. The only number I can find on the hinge itself are 28E. I am hoping the numbers in the picture helps provide an answer. Thanks!

I'm afraid we cannot replace this shoe by itself, since it installed in a balance with a crimped end. They no longer make balances like that, so our more modern shoes aren't compatible. You will need an all new balance. See our S795-28.
