Side mount broke

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like an old-style Pella pivot bar that's no longer made. The 26-406B was designed to replace it, according to our records. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

Yes, this pivot bar has a rod that is meant to fit into a hole in the sash on newer Pella windows. If your window lacks this hole, you can either carefully drill into your wood sash (being careful not to hit the glass), or cut off the leg with a hacksaw.
