Side mount pivot bar

Hi, I have some broken side mount pivot bars and was looking for a replacement, purchased item# 26-402 but the pivot was too large and would not fit the T-lock balance shoe. Can you please help? Thank you!

Unfortunately, we do not carry a closer replacement option for your pivots than the 26-402. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the window manufacturer directly to see if they can supply the part that you need.
