Side mounted spring loaded Balancer

I am needing to replace the 2  side mounted window balancers. Brand is JeldWen and the stamped numbers are 38 5 it is 381 3/16 " long from metal to metal not measuring the plastic inserts

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the stamp code only indicates the spring strength needed to support the weight of the window sash. To determine the correct replacement, we would need to see an intact balance fully removed from the window, including both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord.
