Side rails to windows

Question

I have very expensive windows that need repair.  The side rails seem to be squeezing in too far causing gaps  and air is getting in / out.  These side rails also have the spring loaded ballasts that help them go up and down.

Hello,

It looks like you have jamb liners, which, unfortunately, we can't supply. You can either have a carpenter come out and replace them or you can remove one and take it to your nearest mill work to have them supply replacements. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
