Hello there!
We appreciate you reaching out to us. This looks really familiar but I'm having some trouble finding it. Can you show us a photo of this part installed? I just want to see how it relates to the rest of the balance assembly.

Thank you for responding so promptly.
I have attached a photo showing how this balance guide is in my old windows which I am trying to repair. They are made of plastic, very tiny, and the sun and heat here in Florida really does a number on them and they break off.

Thanks for the additional photo! This is a huge help. This part is called a face guide. We don't sell this exact one but I recommend you have a look at our selection here. Go over the specifications and see if you think you can adapt one to your window.
