Sideload Channel Balance Sash Support System

I am looking for a replacement of the pictured balance. I believe it is a Series 385 Sideload Channel Balance Sash Support System. It is 26" long (metal section). However, I am not sure about the bottom insert as mine is slightly different than that shown in your photo. I did not upload a photo, but the number stamped on the metal section is 25 5. To the right of this number are the letter SL perpendicular to the numbers followed by PF in smaller letter in the same orientation as the numbers. Our Series 385 will not replace this. You have a certain type of balance that will have to be specially made. Thanks to your pictures, we have everything we need to get started. Can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote.

Tom, thanks for letting me know. I was about to order the 385 series, but am glad I waited. I am in need of 2 of them at the moment. Let me know if there is a discount for ordering more. All the windows in this one property use this type of balance and some of the windows are difficult to open. I am assuming it is the balance, so replacing them may make them easier to open.
