Side/top Latches for my tilt out windows

Unfortunately, the manufacturer of this top tilt latch has discontinued them and they offered no replacement. We suggest removing the old tilt latch and reinstalling the top side corner screw to keep the sash together.

Then, what you want to do is install a top mounted tilt latch like our 26-193 and 26-194 with a #6 pan head screw like the 33-089. Just be careful not to drill into the glass. The video at the end of this post will go into more detail.

The lock is also being discontinued, but we still have some black. See our 90-093.
