Siding door lock

I believe this is part 82-218 or 82-243 but wanted to check! And what handle goes with the part pictured?

I agree! The 82-243 and 82-218 are the same mortise lock- the only difference is that one is stainless steel. I'm sure you already noticed that, but just wanted to let you know. I think these are good options as replacements for your mortise.
