French casement window. The receiver for the lock mechanism on the sash is broken. Can't seem to find replacement.

If it's not what you need, can you give me the dimensions of this piece? I would especially need to know the distance between the screw hole centers. I would also need to see the part that this latches onto.

This piece actually is missing the top section(broken off). As the sash closes with the operator, this piece fits into the frame mounted locking mechanism. The handle is rotated 180 deg. and the multi-point
window lock is engaged. Truth hardware maybe, late 90's Sierra Pacific window.

I see. Could I see a picture of one that is undamaged? That will help me locate a possible replacement.
