Sierra Pacific casement window lock broken.

I have a client that has 5 of her casement windows with locking mechanisms that are broken. The one I have pictured is not broken. The part that is broken is the little arm you move to lock or unlock it.

I'm not sure what I'm looking at, exactly. It looks like you have two unrelated parts stacked on top of one another. The top one looks like our 39-375, but I'm not sure what the one on bottom is.
You mention you need the locking mechanism. Would you be able to show us a picture of that removed from the window entirely? That would help us find what you need.
