Sierra Tilt Latch- H-LC25 Monument Vinyl Window

We have several window plastic latches that don't function any longer. The key feature is the mortise running along the length of the unit. The patent # imprinted on the underside of the current latch is: 5,139,291

The overall dimensions are: 2 5/8 length, 5/8 width, 3/8 depth
