Sierra Window Concept Vinyl window part

Hi,

My vinyl window was difficult to shut and when I got it shut the part on the side broke

Please see our S140-18. This looks similar to your balance system. However, you may want to check to make sure your pivot is compatible to the center metal cam of our balance's shoe. The S140-18 is compatible with the 26-398 and 26-405.
