Sill Plate Size

A home owner from South Carolina says:
I ordered the 39-171 and 39-172 Truth operators. But your sill plates are not as long as mine, and the operator doesn't fit right.

How do I get the correct operator for my window? Or make these operators fit correctly?

I'm not sure what operator you may have. Could you show me a top-down shot of your entire original operator? I'd like to see everything in one shot if possible. Thanks!

A home owner from South Carolina says:
The operators are identical except for sill plate depth...the operators from original window are manufactured by truth

In my experience, the plate depth doesn't make a difference. As long as the arms match then it will work. In a worst case scenario you may need to angle the screws in a little.
