Sill Window Operator

Question

Hi,

Are you able to tell me what sill operator I have from the pics below? I think it is DUAL ARM CRANK, 21-1/2" Product Code: 39-083.

The gear mechanism is stripped. Do I need to replace the entire operator or just the gear?

Please let me know if you need additional pictures to answer my questions.

Thanks for writing in. If the gear is stripped then you will indeed need a new operator. If the wingspan of the 39-083 matches, then it's indeed a good pick. See the dimensions below.
