Hello there. Is this a sliding window, or rather a window that moves horizontally? Or is it a vertical, 'hung' window? Please confirm, and send photos if possible. If it's a sliding window, these parts are unfortunately hard to come by and we carry only a limited selection of guides for them, which you can view in this section here.
