Silver Line 5800 series patio door handle

Hi, the patio door is made by Silver Line 5800 series, and additional specifications can be found in the attached. The patio door slides to the left if that matters, and the handle has a lock as shown in the picture. We sincerely appreciate it if you can provide us with which patio door handle to purchase and the cost estimate.
