Silver Line 7400 Series Problem

I am no longer able to open one of my Silver Line 7400 series stacked awning windows (7412V?). While the operator crank is functioning, one of the latches won't free the window to open. What do you think I should do?

Unfortunately, the lock you show in your photos is no longer available. To be honest, most parts for the Silverline 7400 series window aren't available.
Opening your window may be tricky with this in mind. You might need to cut out or drill out the side of that lock to access the mechanism and unlock it. However, there is no replacement for it.
