I believe you have the old discontinued Silverline Swinger window. They used a special kind of asymmetrical balance system. The way they're set up is a little complicated, so I'll try to be as clear as possible.
Typically, the balance on one side has the 19-008 cap attached at the top of the balance and the 15-025 shoe attached to the bottom. However, the other side has only the 19-008; it does not have the bottom shoe at all.
Furthermore, each balance should have a different number stamped on the metal channel. I will need you to confirm which balance has which stamp.
Would you be able to look over your hardware and confirm for me what you need? These need to be custom made, as we assemble them here, so it's important that we know exactly what you have. Please also tell me exactly how many of each you need. Thanks!

I was able to look at the stamps -
On the left (top and bottom foot) the channel is stamped 2630.
The right side, with only the top - no bottom foot is stamped 2540.
Thank you,
Julie

Perfect, that is exactly what we needed to know. Can you just tell me how many of each you need?

Great! I've just emailed you two custom order links, each of which includes a price quote. You can use these links to add each respective balance to your cart so that you can check out with everything together.
