What are the dimensions of this Part Number 82-086 including the total height, center to center distance of the holes and the width?

The 82-086 dimensions are listed on its shop page. For convenience I've relisted the measurements below. The overall height is probably different, but that doesn't matter. If the hole spacing is the same, it'll work for you.

The existing handle on my door is 9 3/4" high but the height of 82-086 is only 8 1/2". Will this be a problem?
