Silver Line window parts replacement

These parts are from the Block and Tackle Balance supports on either side of the windows sashes on my Silver Line windows, installed in about 2004.  Part numbers on the installed Balances read "33 5 cvm 6"  .  The springs seem okay, but these bottom fittings which are supposed to control the Tilt are all broken and no longer hold the pins on the top edges of the bottom sash.  Can you replace these fittings, and the retainer clips (2 3/8" x 11/16" x 5/16").  How do you reinstall the Balance with the new bottom fitting on it, into the window channel?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your tilt latch appears to be a match for our 26-393A, but make sure to review all dimensions to verify that they match up.

Regarding the balances, if you only need the shoe then see our 15-195B. I believe Silver Line uses the open-cam style like this. As your old cam is missing, I can't verify, so make sure to check before you buy anything. These shoes just snap on, its very simple.

You also mention a retaining strip but I don't see that in your photos. We will need a picture of the end profile in undamaged condition before we can make a recommendation.
