I need the end of the counter balance, the tilt latch and not sure where the other pieces came from. Thanks

For the tilt latches, see if the dimensions of our 26-243 and 26-244 match up. For the T-Lock Shoe, remove an undamaged one and see if it matches either our 1-1/4" wide 15-195, the 1-1/4" 15-195B with the open cam (you can see through the back of it), or the 1" wide 15-194. I believe the debris you show is from the damaged shoe. See the videos on this page for removal and replacement details.
