Silver line 795 balance and shoe

Question

I have 6 windows that require repairs. The glass (less the 2" pvc), is 28" high and weighs 36 lbs. I am looking for 12 of each
- 12 balance springs (existing is 26 9 BSI and metal to metal is 27")
- 12shoe assemblies (1-1/4")
- 12 window latches c/w white screws (screw holes are 2-1/16" X 11/16")

Thanks for writing in! The channel balance you've reviewed is correct. You'll need the S795-27 with a 27G stamp for your 36lb sash. The T-Lock Shoe installed on the balance is the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, which is sold separately. Take a look at the video below for an idea on how to swap them out.

Your sweep lock looks like it could be our 90-278 which comes with a compatible keeper. Like yours this lock has a 2-1/16" installation hole spacing and a 11/16" backset measurement.
