Can you upload a picture of the housing you're looking for?

A quick learner from Chatham,NY says:
No, the plastic tab broke and is inside sash, but it's about 3/4" sq. and about 3" long with a notch out for the bar to side into.

I'm afraid I can't make an ID without seeing the housing, but take a look at some of the pivot bar housings we carry here to see if any match your original hardware.

A quick learner from Chatham,NY says:
I got the window off. The housing is for bot left. I have pic of where housing and bar go, a pic of right housing with bar. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately, I still can't tell what you have while the housing is still in the window. However, you can see some of the housing hardware that is compatible with the 26-083 pivot bar where it says Related Item(s) on the side of the page. Look them over and see if any match your original hardware.

A quick learner from Chatham,NY says:
Hi I took bottom balance bar assembly apart with plastic housing. I need the plastic housing. This shown is the right bottom. I need for left. It looks like left and right are same.
Will this help I'd part needed?? What is part num?

Thanks for the additional pictures! I don't recognize this pivot housing at first glance but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available.

Thank you!
