Silver line casement window won't close

A quick learner from NY says:
Hello, I have silver line casement windows circa 2006, I believe model 7500. A few won't close all the way without being pushed from outside. I looks like the plastic and metal piece the secures the mechanism to the frame wobbles on the affected windows. What parts do I need to fix this? Thank you.

I believe our 39-329 and 39-330 roto operators should work on your window just fine. Look them over and let us know what you think.

A quick learner from NY says:
Thanks, but it looks to me like it is the hinge that is broken , not the operator. That is, the part fastened to the window frame (as seen in the pictures with letter B on metal clip connected to the black plastic piece. That makes the connection from the window to hinge base plate loose and throws off the alignment so it won't latch. What would be the appropriate replacement hinge?

Our 36-048 bar hinge set should do the trick. Look these over and see if these are compatible with yours.
