I'm looking for the specialized screw that goes into the mechanism as well as the plastic bushing also I need the snap in Window glazing caps I think I can find the screen retainers but if you have those ones, I could use those as well

Unforutnately, we do not carry the awning crank fastener you're looking for separately but we do offer a few replacement operators that use a 10-24 threaded bushing. See the 39-025 and 39-432. I can't be sure if either of these operators match yours while it's still installed but review the specifications below compared to yours. In addition the the dimensions, the placement of the bottom mounting holes is also important.

As for the clip, take a look at the 70-080 and 70-112 thumb screw.
